On Synthroid 25mcg- TSH 6.91, FT4 11, FT3 5.4

Have a Dr appt this morning and my family doc doesn’t help much. Can anyone explain why my FT3 is high but after 6 months being on synthroid my FT4 has stayed at 11 and my tsh was improving at 5 but has now went back up?
