AITA for kicking out my bother our of the apartment in the middle of the winter when I knew he has no place to stay

This sorry happend like 10 yo. I had a boyfriend who freshly finished the high-school and was programmer while I was still at school in 3rd year. ​​Let's call him Paul.

We've been together more than a year and decided to live together. His mother's friend offered his flat that we could rent but there was an issue. the family didn't want to move out and the friend asked us, if he can left them here for. Another month since they have a problem to find a flat for family of 6 and a dog. Cuz there were kids involved we said okay, even though I had no place to stay myself.

I asked my older sister Pauline, if I can stay there for the month. She was living alone with her son and had no problem with it even though it was a two room flat. After a week or so, she said they are leaving for a week to spent some time on vaccination. My BF could sleep there if I wants, but our younger bro. can't even visit me since they weren't really getting along back than. I didn't know why, but I didn't ask. I just said okay even though we were super closed. we were hardly two years apart, had rough upbringing that's we've been through together till my 17.

So the brother "Pete" was in heart really good guy, really clever, but the upbringing sent him to bad places where he met a bad guys. He done really bad things even to me. Examples :I was in foster care from 17-18 at my aunts house, not by blood but she was bff with my deceased mom when I was 10 so I think knew her well. He came to. Visit me, stole my keys when we were leaving for a weekend and than he messed the palce up, stole lots of things and never apologise. 2) I lend him my. Laptop (I knew I probably see it last time,) cuz he was in system care and he sell it without even telling me or apologising for it... And I can go on and on with the list.. This time he came to her home like he knew she is gone. I couldn't left him outside since it was really cold there and he was homeless. So I said he can be there only during nights to have place to sleep but in days he have to leave with me since I don't want to give him my keys and I have to go to school and he can't take anything from her including her food in fridge since she has a special diet and I don't know what she has and if, he has to tell me so I cna buy it back.

Well, ​​​​​​​​​​​​he agreed. But was doing the oposit. I was all the time finding he was eating everything in the house without telling me. just saw plain packages or black spaces in cupboard and he did it again and again always apologised for it and did it again... After few days we had a huge argument that he can't even follow simple rule like this and he is putting me in the place where I could simple lost the roof over my head as well bcs he is selfish. I got angry and kicked him out that night while he was screaming at me I don't know how was it on the streets, and how bad sister I am.
