I need braces but I hate pain

I have extremely crowded teeth and when I say extremely I mean extremely. My bottom teeth overlaps and I have snaggle teeth on both sides on the bottom and right side on the top. I also have extra teeth that grew in really late so they're really far behind. Im not comfortable enough to share an image so that description will have to do. Anyways, I've been thinking I need to get braces for a while now but to do that I know for a fact I'll need to get teeth removes and I really really extremely despise pain. I don't want them to put a needle in my gumm to numb the pain because I feel like the needle part will be bad. Is there no alternative? Is there an option for them to just gas me out lol. Advice appreciated.
