Was my brother scammed? Paid $32, thinks it's $50. [question]

Hi everyone,

My brother just paid $32 for an R8 Revolver | Amber Fade (the cheap one, base price is around $2-$5, NOT the expensive regular Fade skin). It has a COLDYY1 (Gold) | London 2018 sticker on it.

He thinks $32 is a great deal because of the sticker and claims he can resell it for $50 later. It was my money from my account.

Is this a sticker bait scam or is the sticker actually worth that much overpay on an R8? Did we waste our money?
