Why cant DBD have game modes like the one in mobile?

I used to play DBD mobile before and it was so fun but im just not a mobile gamer. And now they shut down this app, why wont they add game modes like prop hunt, red light green light, simon says, etc. they would’ve gained much more popularity and positive feedback.
