Got my UP Gazette Notification for a name change, but my Aadhaar update is STILL stuck! What’s the exact next step?

Hey everyone, I really need some advice now.

So here’s the mess: On my Aadhaar card, my name is "Rahul Sharma", but across all my educational docs (Class 10, 12, college), I am "Vikram Sharma" (using fake names for privacy, but you get the point).

90% of the job is done for me almost , went through the whole legal grind, and successfully got my name change notificatikn published in the UP State Gazette! I officially have the physical Gazette copy in my hand right now.

But here is where I’m hitting a wall—my name change is still pending and hasn't reflected on my Aadhar card because I don't know where to take this gazette to . Regional office , post office or UIDAI main head office of my state ( which is in lucknow ) .

For those of you who have successfully navigated this:

Where exactly do I go with this Gazette copy? A normal Aadhaar center, a bank, or a Regional Office?

What specific documents do I need to physically carry with me?

Is there a specific way to file this so the UIDAI system doesn't auto-reject it for a full first-name change?

I really want to get my IDs synced up before my college graduation and job hunts start. I don't want to make five trips to different government offices, so any exact step-by-step guidance would be a lifesaver. Thanks in advance! 🙏

Because of this problem I don't have a DL, Pan card , Voter Id and passport and etc other documents .

I really want to juat put the final nail in the coffin in the best way possible so that my name change request doesn't get rejected. Please help .
