SMU financial aid SERIOUSLY NEED HELP (intl student)

Unfortunately a scheme from my home country which covers tuition fees may not fall through and my parents are definitely unable to support my tuition fees. Unfortunately, my grades weren’t great and I couldn’t get a scholarship, but I’ve alr spent my secondary and pre-u years in sg… Is there anyone here who is an international student who was in the same position as me and got assistance from SMU? Currently in the process of applying for bursaries but they cant cover fully the tuition fees. Appreciate ANY input anyone can give.🙏
