Haven't played Stellaris in a long time...any advice on newer DLC?

So, I've spent over 600h in Stellaris, but haven't touched the game in over 4 years now... I am pretty sure a lot has changed.
Latest DLC I own is Overlord (and pretty much every other DLC before that).

Is this still a good setup for a restart or would you recommend any newer DLC before I start again?
