is there an official link somewhere for resignation?

our replen manager wants to resign today, but is unsure if there is an official way to do so. most people here have written a note and left their keys, but is there an official way to do it on workday or mik check or something? like a form to fill out? i’m asking on her behalf because i’m not sure either….
