Working on AR interior design app that lets you buy the whole room in one checkout!
AuraHome (Pre-Launch)
One line: Scan your room → AI styles it → buy every piece from every brand in a single cart.
The pitch we're making:
Furniture retail has a 30%+ return rate because people can't visualise pieces in their actual space before buying. We fix that with a phone-based spatial scan, an AI styling layer, and a unified fulfilment cart so you don't have to manage 5 different delivery windows.
What I think is strong:
The scan-to-3D flow is genuinely fast (~20 seconds)
The "one payment for all vendors" is a real pain point nobody has solved well
We have a B2B angle (white-label SDK for retailers) which is our actual revenue path
What I think might be weak:
AR interior design apps have existed and mostly died. Why will we be different?
Consumer trust for a "buy everything here" cart is hard to build
Maybe the B2B and B2C are two different products and we're confusing ourselves
Be brutal. What are we missing?
