Confused about later story segment in LEGO Batman LOTDK (SPOILER)

Did Catwoman turn her back on us, or am I just overthinking it?

Towards the end of the game when Catwoman is sneaking around the theme park and hides from Batman and Thalia while they are investigating Bane’s room, my initial thought was that she turned heel.

This speculation was further confirmed when she was following the Batmobile to Arkham asylum and said “looks like our boy is in trouble.” By “our boy”, I thought she was referring to the Joker and she was on the walkie talkie with the villains.
