I'm 99% certain I found a crypto scam website - how should I report it?

My Mom got scammed out of a lot of money by a company calling itself `cryptoro` last year. Since then, their site has gone down, and I have seen them reported as fraudulent on other sites.

While searching for information about them, I came across a similarly named site that raised some red flags:

• Every bit of text on the site seems quite nonspecific
• There is no info about who actually works there
• I could not confirm the physical address listed on their website
• The whois info about the site shows a totally different address in a different country

The company is supposedly listed as doing business from Luxembourg. What's the best place to report them?
