[TOMT] 2000s tv show/comic/cartoon about a chaotic family running a pizza restaurant inside the leaning tower of pisa??

I'm sure I might be going insane or that this could have been a dream because neither google nor anyone I ask can seem to recall this either but I swear as a kid in the mid to late 2000s I watched a few random episodes of a show where a chef mum and dad owned the tower of pisa and their several kids all worked as waiting staff and the show focused on the two eldest kids getting up to hijinks and trying to keep the younger chaotic kids in check. I have a feeling the animation style was something similar to Maya and Miguel or maybe like the Cramp Twins...

I think I also remember the layers of the tower being like able to spin on their own? Crazy architecture leading to hilarious mishaps with the food etc

Either way, if anyone remembers any details about this, I'd be so grateful

PS it's not the book by Derek Kent - it looks similar but it's definitely not that
