Calling out sick

Usually I get sick from the kids but I think I got some bad takeout over the weekend and started puking at work on Monday i texted MB about it in the evening saying i can potentially come in for half a shift. She took me up on it but i did take a turn for the worse and I told her I couldn’t hasn’t responded I’ve been up since 3am I can’t sleep coz of my stomach and im wondering should I even bother calling out or just text when im ready to come in. I’ve noticed the pain is usually at night and during the day normal things like bending over get me nauseous/vomiting

I get no sick days. Idk im actually sad she hasn’t responded im always working my normal hours and extra at short notice. She has other employees that actually work whilst being sick which I’ve done when the kids have gotten me sick.

Anyways do you guys think I should update her about today ?
