Whats with lights going off every fucking day?????

I was out of station for a few days and its been 3 days I've come back, EVERY SINGLE DAYYYY AND 2-3 TIMES PER DAY??? I'm talking abt the manpada and dhokali area. Why is this power cut all the time???? What the fuck is wrong with the electricity here?!?
