period nausea

I get cramps but i wouldn't say they're that terrible but i could definitely be blind sided from the pain since i experience chronic migraine. Anyway, i've noticed this unbearable nausea usually while i'm experiencing cramps. it's so bad sometimes i can even eat or drink! even with taking prescribed nausea medication like zofran it's still unbearable. has anyone else noticed this happening to them? is this a real thing?
