Late onset of side effects?

Has anyone had side effects start later? Im on week 4 of 1.5 and have been doing fantastic. until 2 days ago when the constipation and major cramping started.

After I got through the first two weeks without adverse effects I thought I was in the clear! The hour of crying on the toilet says otherwise.

Nervous to start the 4 mg in 4 days! 👀

Anyone with a similar experience?
