Struggling to Get a Job Switch After 4–5 Months – 1+ Year Experience, Daily Upskilling & Applications – Any Advice?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been trying to switch jobs for the last 4–5 months but haven’t gotten my resume shortlisted anywhere yet. I have 1+ year of experience as a software/XR developer (working with Java, React.js, and immersive tech), and I’m putting in consistent effort every day:

Learning and upskilling regularly

Applying daily on LinkedIn and company career sites

tailoring my resume and portfolio

Despite this, I’m not getting any responses. It’s been really frustrating.
