Items I bought ages ago locked by reputation? HELP!

I'm really confused - has anyone experienced this? ive had my account since 2016 - I have a GED blanket (black checkered one) and some druid stuff, the black winter beanie in my wardrobe, ive looked on global store and these are locked by reputation? Does anyone know if these were previously purchasable without the reputation - as Im worried it would look Sus to the SSO logs? any help would be really appreciated
