Got 1.0 Derma Roller in place of 0.5 Derma roller, what should i do?

Hi, I'm a 24 year old guy.
My beard was having a patchy growth so i researched online and has ordered a derma roller. but i forget to notice the size. instead of 0.5mm Derma roller, I ordered 1.0mm Derma roller in amazon. the Amazon didn't take the product as it's was not returnable. what should i do now? should i use this one? can you tell me how to use this one?
