HELP

I AM TRYING TO P-RANK P-2, I AM STRUGGLING.

I die usually careless deaths, either in the last room with the sentries, or in the Wheezer room, and I barely reach the second phase of the Sisyphus fight. I need help, any tips any thing that might help.
