Is this R36s worth Buying?

So i was planning to buy a R36s , and electronics india is selling one , here is the link : https://www.electroniksindia.com/products/r36s-pro-retro-handheld-game-console-64gb-linux-os-3-5-ips-display-portable-pocket-gaming-player-with-preloaded-games.
