Instructions Sync to Memory File(s)

Loving Vowen for meeting notes, on-device transcription is exactly what I needed for work calls.

First, a confirmation question for the devs or anyone who knows the internals: as of 0.4.4, does the Memory feature take a one-time snapshot of a file when you add it? From what I can tell, adding a markdown file copies it into Vowen's own store and the summarizer reads that copy, so editing the original file afterward has no effect until I delete and re-upload it. There also doesn't seem to be a way to add a folder. Is that the intended behavior today?

If so, the feature request: let Memory reference a file path or watched folder that Vowen re-reads, instead of an upload that freezes a copy. My memory and custom instructions live as version-controlled markdown that I edit constantly. Re-uploading by hand every time it changes is the only friction in an otherwise great workflow. Any of these would solve it:

1. point a Memory item at a file path and re-read it on each run (or a "re-sync from source" button);

2. watched folder where every .md becomes a Memory item;

3. a small local API or CLI to add/replace Memory items programmatically
