Cooling blanket recommendations

I’ve been looking at various cooling blankets. Ones that say they will help wick away moisture and keep you cool. Reviews will often be positive but I never know with places like Amazon if they are fake.

Does anyone have any recommendations? My 1 am wake up too-hot-to-sleep-toss-and-turn-for-hours self will thank you immensely.
