Not every migraine starts with head pain
When people hear the word migraine, they usually think of a bad headache. What surprised me is how many people talk about symptoms that show up before the pain, or sometimes without much pain at all. Visual changes, light sensitivity, brain fog, difficulty concentrating, dizziness, and fatigue seem to come up in discussions far more often than most people realize. It's one reason migraines can be so confusing, especially when symptoms don't match what people expect a migraine to look like.
