The most underrated dating advice nobody talks about is just taking care of yourself.

Nobody wants to hear this but a lot of guys who struggle with dating are not struggling because of their face.

They are sleeping five hours a night, eating like a college freshman, never moving their body, and walking around with a haircut from three months ago wondering why they do not feel confident going up to someone they like.

And I am not saying that to be harsh. I was there too at some point. Not because I was lazy but because nobody ever connected those dots for me. Nobody said hey the way you treat yourself privately shows up publicly whether you realize it or not.

The guy who is rested, hydrated, moving his body regularly, and actually putting thought into how he looks when he leaves the house carries himself completely differently than the guy who is not. Not because he is more attractive on paper. Because he feels better and that feeling comes through in everything. His posture, his energy, how present he is in a conversation, how comfortable he seems in his own skin.

None of this requires money. Sleep is free. Drinking water is free. Walking is free. A decent haircut once a month is maybe thirty dollars. Clothes that actually fit your body can come from a thrift store.

The basics are not glamorous advice. But they compound quietly over time into a version of yourself that shows up to life differently.

Start there before you worry about anything else. It is the foundation everything else is built on.

This is what I post about if any of it resonates.
