Any casino games where the features feel more layered?

Been trying a few casino games lately and a lot of them feel pretty flat when the features show up.
Not saying everything needs to be over the top, but sometimes it feels like the whole setup leads into something really quick and then it just moves on. I prefer games where the feature style has a bit more going on, like different parts building together instead of one simple moment.
