FedEx "Smart" Post

Bought a tool from an eBay seller because it showed 2-4 biz day delivery in green text.

They shipped it using FedEx smart post, which is the slowest shipping method possible.

It is now day 4 and it's only made it halfway across.

I am a bit ticked because they should have shipped it Ground Advantage or FedEx ground, which would have arrived in 2-4 business days. So this was obviously a lie.

I never use it myself as a seller because the difference is usually maybe 25-50 cents and it adds multiple days to getting a buyer's shipment there.
