Can I get a psu with computer and communication engineering?

I'm doing my BE CCE computer and communication engineering from a tier 3 clg

So far it's same as cse course and also approved by aicte it I get a good rank in gate can i apply for psu

And also my stream is under cse stream

Pls help me out guys.
