I have a problem with Metaquest Vr 3 512GB

The graphics in Skyrim V are worse than they were 3 months ago, and I can't figure out why. The letters are now transparent and not white as they were originally. I reinstalled Steam VR and Skyrim itself, but unfortunately it didn't help.
