Looking for a Valorant coach (P1, peak D1)

I’m currently Plat 1 and peaked Diamond 1. My games have been pretty rough lately, I’ve been trending downward, and my performances feel extremely inconsistent from game to game. I’ve watched countless guides, consumed just about every educational YouTube video I can find, and spent a lot of time VOD reviewing myself. The problem is that I learn much better from direct feedback than from general advice.

I’m looking for someone who can watch my gameplay with me and pause rounds to explain what they would have done differently. Things like positioning, decision-making, utility usage, rotations, win conditions, and mistakes I’m not noticing on my own.

I’m not really looking for someone to tell me “crosshair placement” or “play more DM.” I’m looking for someone who can actively break down rounds and help me understand the thought process behind better decisions.

I primarily play smokes (mostly Miks since the Clove nerf, who was my main, though I’d love to learn how to play Omen) and sentinels (Vyse, Sage, Cypher, and Killjoy). I’d also love to learn initiator at a higher level since it’s a role I’ve always been interested in but haven’t spent enough time developing but feel like I need to focus on one thing at a time.
