221(g) on IR-1 Visa Albania

Hello everyone,

Has anyone from Tirana Albania received an update regarding their IR1 visa as the spouse of a US citizen? My wife had her interview on February 26, 2026, and received a 221(g) form. It has now been over 90 days without any updates. I sent an inquiry to the embassy today, but I was wondering if anyone else in a similar situation has had any developments ?
