Challenge not turning 'green' after a win

Hi folks, I am going through all the challenges, and for some reason one of them didn't turn green, even if all conditions were fulfilled and the game record shows it as a challenge mode and a win. Is it a bug on this specific challenge or just a random? (It was Epic/Ix/hard mode)
