Mpesa Fuliza

Context:

I have two SIM cards in my phone(different ID registered). Both SIM cards are Fuliza enabled, one with 500 limit(enrolled recently) the other with 1000 limit. The SIM with a Fuliza limit of 500 has recently been enrolled(a month ago). I have noticed that once I use Fuliza, it does not automatically deduct it from deposits made. i.e I might have use 300 of the limit but when someone sends me 500, The balance reads 500 and I the fuliza limit has been rest to 500 without deduction. I thought it was a one time mistake but this has happened every time I use Fuliza from this SIM card. The other SIM card is normal (deductions happen automatically and balance reflects correctly after deduction). What might be the problem and has this happened to any of you?
