Should i be concerned about this.?

so i had a dream where i was in a jail cell and detg from jeffys infinite irida was promoting a product and it was in my cell and i bumped it he said smth and jumpscared me and i remembered it was a dream but i couldnt wake up and then when i did for a second the dream flickered so im concerned
