Trying to land an in house role. How to get through AI filters?

It seems to be a tough job market right now. Any recommendations on how to get through the AI filters when applying for in house roles?

I have been browsing the go in house website. Should I continue applying directly or am I better off working with a recruiter? It seems maybe some of the less senior roles aren't using recruiters.
