(WH3) Unable to launch the game?

Updated to the latest hotfix yesterday. Today, boosting up the game, steam icon turned to "launching", then nothing happened as the icon returned to "play". Over and over again. Unable to launch the game with or without mod. Even with offline mode it didn't nothing. Anyone having the same problem?
