ACES as a BCBA

Does anyone have experience working as a bcba for ACES, particularly remote? I am considering taking this role with them as im in an area with few clinic options. But im hesitant to transition to another big company as my challenges last time i was with one revolved a lot of communication issues and micromanaging. Anyone have feedback on communication in the company? I know location matters most, so specifically texas and Oklahoma areas?
