PLEASE DOES ANYONE KNOW THIS SPECIFIC BL MANGA I AM DYING TO REREAD AGAIN

I'm trying to find a BL manga and I remember quite a lot of the plot, but I can't remember the title.

The story is about a blonde seme who is half-Japanese and has been living abroad. He returns to Japan and stays at his uncle's house. However, one of the conditions is that he has to live with and look after another guy (the uke).

The uke has recently lost his grandmother, who raised him and left her house to him. After her death, he's living alone in the house. He's not incapable of taking care of himself, but he's very socially awkward and withdrawn. The seme often compares him to a cat because of how skittish and cautious he is around people.

As they start living together, the seme gradually falls in love with the uke. A lot of their bonding comes from everyday domestic life, and I remember a scene where they connect over old anime DVDs that the uke likes to watch. The seme's love language is very much acts of service—cleaning, cooking, helping around the house, and generally taking care of the uke.

At some point, the seme confesses and becomes more openly affectionate, but the uke is confused about his own feelings. He doesn't seem to dislike the seme, but he gets nervous around him, especially when it comes to physical affection. The seme eventually starts to think he's making the uke uncomfortable and decides it would be better to move out. He even finds another place to live.

Near the end, after the seme is about to leave, the uke finally realizes how important he is to him. I specifically remember a dramatic winter scene where the uke runs out barefoot in the snow to stop the seme from leaving and confesses that he doesn't want him to go.

Does anyone know the title? I am REALLY desperate to reread it again ....
