Bmu vs muj for cse

Please help me decide I'm getting these 2 colleges. Bmu is tier 3 and muj is tier 2 according to Google. I was inclining more towards bmu cuz it has a limited intake and also focuses more on practical learning. DROP YOUR OPINIONS AND ADVICES PLEASE.
