Looking for an authentic Rajasthani dining experience in Jaipur?

Recently visited Virasat Heritage Restaurant in Kukas, Jaipur and honestly it felt more like a cultural experience than just a restaurant.

The place has traditional Rajasthani architecture, folk music, heritage vibes, and a pure vegetarian menu with dishes like Dal Baati Churma, Gatte Ki Sabzi, and traditional Rajasthani Thali.

What I liked most was that it wasn't trying to be a modern fine-dining restaurant. Instead, it focuses on showcasing Rajasthan's culture, hospitality, and food in a traditional setting.

For anyone visiting Jaipur or Amer Fort, it might be worth adding to your itinerary.

Has anyone else visited Virasat? What was your experience?
