One of the most authentic Rajasthani thalis I've had in Jaipur

Tried a traditional Rajasthani Thali at Virasat Heritage Restaurant near Kukas, Jaipur.

The thali included Dal Baati Churma, Gatte Ki Sabzi, seasonal vegetables, fresh breads, sweets, and traditional accompaniments.

The portion size was generous and the focus was clearly on authentic flavors rather than fusion food.

If you're exploring regional Indian cuisine, Rajasthan has some incredible dishes that deserve more attention.

What's your favorite Rajasthani dish?
