Hey all, I run a small ag supply business near Boise and we’re trying to move old spreadsheets and desktop tools into cloud software. There’s agencies, freelancers, low-code shops, custom builds etc, and honestly its hard to tell what’s worth paying for

For anyone here who hired cloud software development services, what helped you pick right provider? Also what deliverables should be in contract - source code, docs, hosting setup, security, testing, support? Any US team is welcomed (especially in Idaho)
