[Profile Review] Which universities should I realistically aim for for Fall 2027 MSCS/MCS?

Hi everyone,

I'm planning for Fall 2027 applications and would appreciate some honest feedback on what universities I should realistically target.

Profile:

• B.Tech in CSE from PES University, Bangalore (Tier 2) (2025)
• GPA: 8.43/10
• IELTS: 7
• Backend SWE at a Unicorn e-commerce company
• Will have ~2 years of full-time experience by Fall 2027 (plus 6-month internship before conversion)
• Work primarily on backend systems, analytics/event pipelines, experimentation systems, and internal AI tooling
• 3 Springer LNNS (Scopus-indexed) publications
• Amazon ML Summer School mentee

My goal is primarily industry-focused. I'm interested in programs that can help me land strong SWE/ML roles after graduation.

Based on this profile, what universities would you personally consider for MSCS/MCS programs?

Thanks!
