The Jason addressed the whole guest cabin issue really frustrates me

It honestly reminded me of when there's a fight at school an the teachers scolds everyone regardless of who started the conflict and who was just defending themselves.

Obviously Ben was in the wrong about that, there's no grey area here, but instead of telling it to Ben's face that he was being a cunt Jason just pulled Daisy, João and Ben together and gave them all a dumb lecture about egos without directly addressing what was the problem. That wasn't a problem with egos, that was someone disrespecting another department's work and a third party stepping in as a result.

Even Ellie said it to him "Well if someone made a mess of the galley you and I would be pretty pissed", how in the world is ELLIE being the reasonable one here!? And the fact that he responds by saying "Yeah, but I wouldn't have made world war out it. Yes you fucking would have, and rightfully so because this is disrespectful and unprofessional.
