Voicenotes Pro: $9 for new users, $14.99 for existing early subscribers?
Voicenotes Pro is currently showing $9/month on the subscription page, but my existing Pro subscription is still being billed at $14.99/month.
Both appear to be the same Pro Plan with the same benefits. I contacted support to ask for clarification, price adjustment, and refund/credit for the difference if applicable.
The difference is $5.99/month per user. If this affects 10,000 existing users, that would be around $59,900/month.
I’m not assuming bad intent yet. It could be a billing migration, legacy plan, or regional pricing issue. But existing subscribers deserve a clear explanation.
Is anyone else seeing the same thing?
