Affordable furniture in Cape Town?

Hi! I'm looking for good quality, modern furniture in Cape Town, however, all of the cute places seem to be based in Jhb. Are there any recommendations in CPT? Looking for couches, dining room tables, chairs, rugs, etc.

Really stuggling to find anything thats not the usual retails like At Home, Hertex or Coricraft which are quite pricey.
