NQSW support

Hi everyone, I’m a Team Manager in Children’s Social Care and I’ve supported a lot of NQSWs over the years. I’ve noticed how many people feel overwhelmed with visits, case notes, assessments and analysis in those first few months.

I’ve been working on some tools and resources to help NQSWs feel more confident and structured. I’m really passionate about supporting people in those early stages, so I’ve been putting together things like checklists, prompts and guidance based on what I’ve seen NQSWs struggle with most.
