Increased likelihood of Rebirth DLC

There have already been a few posts of screenshots from the new update showcase, so I won’t muddy the waters with that; however, I may be stating the obvious with this post, but I thought it was worth sharing.

For the previous big update, the video showcase focused on the wetlands-related aspects of the update, hinting towards the wetland-themed DLC. Before today’s video released, I personally was thinking that if there was a focus on a particular biome, then that’d be a hint towards a new, smaller DLC like the Wetlands one. However, the update is pretty general (and brilliant!), and doesn’t necessarily hint towards any particular DLC.

Except for one thing - one big glaring thing - the swimming Tyrannosaurus.

So yeah, I might be preaching to the choir here, or I might be going crazy, but I’m pretty convinced that this is our hint at a Rebirth expansion. Some other things which could support this are the increased terrain elevation in aviaries, allowing for potential Quetz temple nest shenanigans, and the new deep analyser tool maybe playing a part in a Rebirth campaign re: getting DNA from dinosaurs for research purposes.

What do you guys think? Am I missing anything? I guess we’ll find out in a few days…. :)
