Final Pay rant

First of all, hinde ko alam ang gagawin ko at nasestress na ko dahil dito. Gusto ko humingi ng tulong. Please. Hinde ko rin alam ang sub na pag popostan ko nito. What should I do?

Last May 29, I received an email from HR regarding my Final pay

We would like to update you on the response shared by the concerned team on your ticket as follows:

We have updated the tracker with the provided input.
Reversal of Deduction will be forwarded to payroll team for processing within the day.

Payroll team has confirmed the receipt on the IT
Assets Adjustment. Usual reprocessing time is 2 weeks from the date of receipt.

We will be closing this case as there is no further action needed.

Today, June 3, I received an email from repayments team

I received an email from repayments which states that I have to make a repayment.

This email is a reminder about your repayment obligation due to. The amount due is P73,533

Please review the detailed statement in the full and final settlement calculations.
Please transfer the amount due to the (bank) account below.

After transferring the amount due, respond to this email with transaction details so that we can update our records.

During the fund transfer, make sure to provide your Employee ID: xxxx
These details will help us identify your transaction in our bank records.
